All of the IBW NEO/NWPA District church leadership is dedicated to bringing healing and help to our communities. Our purpose is to connect people to God, offer a message of hope, and give the best example of Jesus to those we meet.  We accomplish this goal by being aware of specific needs we can meet in our communities, ministering to the felt needs of individuals, while each church assist with those needs directly and during our fellowship events.
